It is very common to use tea  with rusk in morning specially in Asian countries. For breakfast here in most homes because it is considered a light food and since it does not contain oil, ghee, etc., so people think that it will not be harmful, or something.  People eat it in a hurry due to lack of time because it takes time to eat egg paratha or anything like that.

 Rusks are Made from stale  bread

Flour, sugar, yeast and ghee are used in the basic ingredients of making rusks, but most of the rusks in the market use  bread which has gone stale.  This is the reason why companies often take stale  bread from shops because they have to make juice out of it.  Stale  bread gets moldy, which is toxic and very harmful to human health and when used in making rusks, it can cause digestive problems in humans – it  Apart from this, it can also cause different types of allergies.

Use of unhealthy oils

The oil used in the preparation of juice is in the form of ghee or margarine, which freezes at human body temperature and its continuous use can lead to heart attacks by freezing in the blood vessels.
