Fast food is the mass produced food that is the most famous worldwide. Everybody loves to eat pizza, burgers, french fries and different flavor of a wrap. almost 90% of world’s population is fond of it. People eat it mostly as a symbol of celebration.
Why we call it ‘Fast’?
Fast is basically referred to anything that is rapid. fast food is called fast because you can prepare in quickly with the ready made ingredients. That’s the reason of calling it as fast food.
Ideology behind Emergence:
There is a historical ideology behind emergence of fast food. It was basically started for the people who don’t have much time to prepare something for them because of busy routine in their offices. Thus this trend started and now takes many forms. It got too viral that people more often prefer to eat burgers and pizzas instead of cooking at home. People like to have them as lunch or in dinner.
Health Hazards:
Fast food have variety of health hazards as well. For example:
- It causes cardiovascular problems as well.
- This food increases your stress hormones thus increases risk of suffering from depression.
- Eating more than normal, can make increase obesity.
- It also causes various types of cancer.
- Furthermore, you may experience high cholesterol symptoms.
- Similarly, It can disturb you sugar and blood levels as well.
Conclusion:
Fast food is no doubt very delicious but we should never make it a priority over home made healthy foods. This should be consumed only once a month. Healthy foods have variety of benefits that we can never ignore at all. Food should be the priority but make sure to choose the healthy options over unhealthy ones. Life would get much easier only by changing our eating habits.
