Actor Jason David Frank Has Died
The actor Jason David Frank has passed away at the age of 49. The actor is said to have committed suicide. It is said due to a lingering depression that he had been battling for over a year. So far, no one has made any official statements. However, the Internet is already filled with confirmations from his colleagues and friends.

Tommy Oliver, well performed:
Jason David Frank is best known for playing Tommy Oliver, a long-running character in the Power Rangers series. He appeared during the very first Morphin team as an additional, Green Ranger. At first, he was an enemy of the team and then became its leader. Later, he appeared in the days of other teams with the strength of various Rangers up to the present day. I was even in the analog of the Avengers Assemble scene long before the release of the Avengers: Endgame movie.

Sources doubt his death:
TMZ’s sources say that former Power Rangers star Jason David Frank killed himself. It has been reported on social media and confirmed by a rep for the site. Frank was one of the original stars of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. He made his debut in the first show in 1993 as Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, who was at first a bad guy but later turned good and became the White Ranger. During the more than 20 years of Power Rangers shows, he played the same character more than once. These were either as a main characters or in a cameo. Frank was 49.
Power Rangers, especially the first season, was known for using stock footage from a Japanese Super Sentai show for its fight scenes. Here regular teenagers turn into super-powered warriors. This caused problems for the producers when Frank’s Tommy Oliver became a fan favorite. They only had so much footage of the Sentai version of their Green Ranger, so they had to come up with storylines that took Tommy Oliver out of the fight against monsters for a while, like when he lost his Ranger powers and was later reborn as the White Ranger.
A fan favorite
Similar problems came up in other Power Rangers shows, but that didn’t stop Frank from being a fan favorite. He showed up in Power Rangers Zeo, Power Rangers Turbo, Power Rangers Wild Force. Then in Power Rangers Dino Thunder, Power Rangers Super Megaforce, Power Rangers Hyperforce, and Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, as well as the 1995 and 1997 Power Rangers movies and the 2017 Power Rangers reboot.
