Amazon Prime members can now get the Big Battle Bear mount for free via Prime Gaming and World of Warcraft. Freely grab this rare mount from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Through April 27, Prime Gaming subscribers or free trials can acquire this mount.
However, Amazon secretly announced the Big Battle Bear was merely the first of many free World of Warcraft cosmetics coming through Prime Gaming. This offer was announced on Prime Gaming’s Twitter with the promise of monthly giveaways for a year. Like World of Warcraft’s recent Prime Gaming promotion, this might imply more free mounts, pets, toys, and transmog goods.
one year’s Prime Gaming goodies are only mentioned in one Twitter post. World of Warcraft’s Big Battle Bear giveaway post does not mention this promotion, nor does Prime Gaming’s. The promotion’s dates and goods are likely still being finalised. Players will presumably learn more about this next offer around the end of the Big Battle Bear campaign.
Expectations:
Players can expect several World of Warcraft TCG awards. The TCG has inspired many modern promotions, like the World of Warcraft Feldrake horse and the Twitch Drops D.I.S.C.O toy. TCG-exclusive mounts like the Swift Spectral Tiger and Magic Rooster may be available to lucky players.
World of Warcraft may also give away old in-game shop items. Retired items like the Armoured Bloodwing or Moonkin Egg, promotional awards like the Primal Flamesaber or Tyrael’s Charger, and Recruit a Friend items like the Cindermane Charger or Emerald Hippogryph make wonderful presents. These World of Warcraft items may ultimately be available through Twitch Drops, Prime Gaming, or other freebies.
