Dolly Parton New Song ’80 for Brady’ Features Some Major Artists

What do you get when you combine a movie about a bunch of elderly people who are ardent Tom Brady supporters with a song written by Diane Warren and performed by Dolly Parton, Belinda Carlisle, Gloria Estefan, Debbie Harry, and Cyndi Lauper?

One of Dolly Parton’s new songs, “80 for Brady,” features some major artists.

You obtain the Friday-debuting single “Gonna Be You,” which has a music video.

Due to their roles in “80 for Brady,” Parton’s “Steel Magnolias” co-star Sally Field, EGOT winner Rita Moreno, and her “9 to 5” costars Jane Fonda & Lily Tomlin are all partly reunited in the song.

The movie revolves around a bunch of seniors who adore Brady. Also will do anything to have him participate in Super Bowl LI.

In a statement, Warren states, “I wanted to compose a song. That recognize this women’s profound friendship when I composed ‘Gonna Be You’ for 80 FOR BRADY.

“Since the song’s title contained the number 80, I had the wild thought that it would be awesome if some of the 80s’ most famous artists, who are still incredible and will always be, sang it together. Everyone I ask says yes or was as thrilled as I was,” Warren exclaimed. “Dolly Parton, Belinda Carlisle, Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan.
