We skip our meals sometimes. Intermittent fasting is a way in which you don’t have to workout r skip any meal but it will surely make skipping not an issue.
What is Intermittent Fasting?

It is a type of diet plan in which you eat for half of the hours of the day and do fast for the rest. It comprises of two windows. The one being the eating window and the second being the fasting window.
Eating Window:
When you can eat any healthy meal such as grilled chiken, vegetables, fruits, fish or kabab etc.
Fasting Window:
It is the window other than eating one, in which you don’t eat anything with calories. Fasting doesn’t mean that you are going to starve, You are allowed to eat or drink only zero calorie foods.
Intermittent fasting can be about hours or days. This depends on the types. Let’s find out what are they.
16:8 Window:

It is the most common and preferrable type of intermittent fasting in which you choose any 8 hours from the whole day for your eating while remaining on fast for the rest of 16 hours.
5:2 Window:

In this second type of intermittent fasting, you eat healthy meals for any 5 days of the week while being on fast (eating zero calorie food) for any other 2 days.
Umart:

It is the most difficult and unhealthy type of intermittent fasting where you take any one meal for the whole day. You are not allowed to eat more than once. It is basically ka 24 hour window. You take healthy meal aftr 24 hour, while the rest of the day will be about zero calorie foods.
