Good and Bad things about Summers
Summers
Summers, which occurs between spring and autumn, is the warmest season of the year. Temperatures vary depending on where you are on the planet; regions near the equator are typically warmer than those near the poles. According to Pedagogy in Action, this is because these areas receive the most sunlight due to the curvature of the Earth. Ice can also be found near the Earth’s poles, which reflects a lot of the sun’s rays. Summer weather becomes warmer, and in some areas, the heat results in drier conditions. Droughts can occur during this hot, dry time of year because water is in short supply. Heat waves, which are periods of extremely hot weather with temperature spikes, can also occur during the summer.
Good things about Summer:

1: travelling:
It’s fantastic to have so much free time that you can go on a road trip if you so desire. It’s nice to get away from it all and just have a good time if you want to.
2: Fruit consumption has increased
Increased availability of summer fruits and rising temperatures make it easier to meet the recommended quota of five portions of fruit and vegetables per day. They also strengthen the immune system and aid weight loss due to their low calorie content.
3: Our water consumption rises.
Water is required for thousands of chemical reactions that occur in the body’s cells in order for it to function. These include aiding digestion, regulating body temperature, improving the health and vitality of our skin, and eliminating toxins. During the summer, we are more likely to consume the recommended two liters of water per day for optimal health.
4: family:
It’s wonderful to see everyone you’ve been missing. You can finally attend all family functions and no longer feel excluded.
5: Skin irritations are alleviated.
Skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, and dermatitis can benefit from controlled exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet rays.
Bad things about summer:

1: Sunburns.
Sunburns are a leading cause of skin cancer, in addition to being painful and unsightly. To avoid them, you can either apply oily sunscreen (not fun), wear long-sleeve clothing with no exposed skin (during the hottest days of the year), or simply stay indoors (and miss all the fun parts of summer).
2: water shortage
The challenges this season are numerous. The water in ponds and pools evaporates. The water level in wells decreases as well. There is a water shortage almost everywhere.
3: Mosquito bites are painful.
Mosquitoes are the devil himself, as well as God’s punishment for our sinful mortal souls. These bugs appear to enjoy slurping warm blood on summer nights and leaving huge red splotches that itch for days without relief. If you’re anything like me, with apparently sugar for blood, you’ll spend the entire summer looking like a leper.
4: Sweat.
Sweat, especially in the summer, makes you feel gross, leaves pit stains, and causes you to stick to some seats while sliding right off others. It also makes you smell.
5: Cause of pollutions:
Everybody uses air conditioning, which pollutes the environment.
Conclusion
Summer, like all other seasons, has its own distinct characteristics. This season has both advantages and disadvantages, but it is one that can be fully appreciated.
