. Add 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and first fry 100 grams of the paste on medium heat for 2 minutes until its color turns light pink, then take it out on a plate and grind it with the back side of the bowl after it cools down
. In the same pan, add 2 spoons of ghee and fry 1 cup of butter in the same way.
. Do the same with 50/50 grams of cashews and almonds
. Now again add ghee to the pan and fry in it 50 grams of grated coconut, 3 spoons of melon seeds and 2 spoons of saffron on low heat.
. Grind all these fried items separately in a grinder and keep aside

Second step:

. Put ghee in a pan and add 3 spoons of gram flour and fry for 2 minutes, then add 250 grams of flour and fry until it turns golden brown, then add grated dry fruits etc. close
. Now in a separate vessel add 200 grams jaggery in ¼ cup water and cook it, after cooking put it in a dry fruit vessel and add ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 50 grams raisins and mix well. Do it
