James Caan Death: Los Angeles Confirms the cause of his Death
County Los Angeles Coroner has made James Caan’s cause of death known. memorable the Godfather, Elf, and Misery performances established him as a computer icon. According to the county report, Caan, 82, a heart attack and coronary artery disease caused him to pass away earlier this month.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has revealed the cause of death for James Caan.
On the actor’s official Twitter account, his family announced his death earlier in July.
“It is with great sadness that we inform you of Jimmy’s passing on the evening of July 6,” reads the tweet. “The family appreciates the outpouring of love and heartfelt condolences and asks that their privacy be respectful during this difficult time.”
Caan gained notoriety in the early 1970s after ten years in the industry thanks to back-to-back iconic roles. Along with Billy Dee Williams, who played fellow Chicago Bears running back Gale Sayers. Also he received an Emmy nomination for his role as cancer-stricken running back The’s Brian Piccolo in the ABC drama Music by Brian.
