Amber Heard trial Shows Johnny Depp ‘Passed Out’ Cocaine

Johnny Depp is currently appearing in some of his worst films. A series of embarrassing photographs were given to the Virginia jury hearing the actor’s defamation suit against ex-wife Amber Heard on Thursday, including a photo of him with ice cream spilled in his lap and a video of him acting out in a kitchen.
The most shocking image, from 2013, looked like something out of “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas,” with a glass of whiskey, lines of cocaine, various drug paraphernalia, and a Keith Richards CD arranged on a glass-topped table.
Under cross-examination in a Fairfax courtroom, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star admitted that the shot was taken while he was “off the wagon.”
When asked if he drinks whiskey first thing in the morning, Depp said, “Isn’t happy hour anytime?” The gallery erupted in laughter.

Johny, 58, issuing Heard, 35, for $50 million, alleging that she defamed him in a 2018 Washington Post opinion piece in which she did not name him but represented herself as a domestic abuse victim.
Depp’s lawyers allege that the actor physically and sexually abused Heard and that his denials are untrustworthy because he was frequently too intoxicated or high to remember what happened.
Her lawyer presented to jurors a number of text messages Depp had sent to friends over the years, including one from June 2013 with actor Paul Bettany in which Johnny said, “Let’s burn Amber!!!”
In a subsequent text, Depp stated, “Let’s drown her before we burn her!!!” “After that, I’ll f- -k her burned body to make sure she’s dead.”
Depp denied physically harming Heard multiple times during cross-examination.
“I assaulted a couple of cupboards, but I did not hit Miss Heard,” Depp said to jurors after an undated film of the couple fighting in the kitchen of their West Hollywood home was presented to them.
Depp can be seen slamming doors, throwing things around, and pouring himself a drink of wine in the footage.
“I didn’t make any attempt to frighten Miss Heard…” Why didn’t she flee if she was terrified? On the witness stand, Johnny remarked
Depp texted Bettany again after getting into an altercation with Heard on a Boston-to-Los Angeles trip, saying he was going to “properly stop the booz [sic] thing.”
“I drank all night before picking Amber up from the airport to go to LA on Sunday… Mate, you’re ugliness personified… It’s been days since I’ve eaten… … In the text, the actor said, “Half a bottle of Whiskey, a thousand red bull, and vodkas, tablets, two bottles of Champers on the plane.”
Depp allegedly texted Heard an apology after the flight, according to jurors.
“I’m in a position of shame and regret once more.” Naturally, my apologies… But it’s something I’ll never repeat. For you, I’d like to improve. For myself, too. It is imperative that I do so. The message said, “My disease crept up on me and grabbed me.”
Depp had previously testified that he had done recreational drugs with celebrities in the past, including Marilyn Manson, and that he even tried to smuggle tablets from Manson’s aide on a trip to Australia in 2015.
“We’ve had cocaine together maybe a couple of times,” Johnny testified when asked if he’d done it with Manson. “I once gave Marilyn Manson a medication so he wouldn’t talk so much,” he joked later.
Jurors were also shown a photo of Depp “passing out” on a couch in Boston in 2014, with ice cream on his lap.
Depp testified that he took the photo after working a 17-hour day and taking narcotics. He stated that Heard handed him the ice cream pint because she “knew” he would fall asleep with it.
“My right hand is in my pocket, so I wasn’t at the ice cream festival,” he explained.
Depp continued, “That was a fantastic photo for her to capture.” When questioned if the photo was taken because of Heard, Depp replied, “Well, she snapped it.”
The attorney referred to Depp as “passed out,” which Johnny resented.
He explained, “‘Passed out’ is an odd way of phrasing it.” “Asleep?”
Depp’s defamation action against Heard, who penned a 2018 Washington Post opinion piece that the actor claims defamed him and damaged his lucrative acting career, is being thwarted by Heard’s counsel.
In the essay, Heard implied that Depp was abusing women. The actor, on the other hand, has testified that Heard was the one who started the fight in their relationship.
Her lawyers believe that he can’t refute what happened because he was frequently inebriated and drugged to the point of blacking out.
