How can you excel in life with an unhealthy mental status? Furthermore, this issue needs an immediate attention.

  • Having an abnormal eating pattern. For example, eating too much or not eating at all over fear of gaining weight.
  • Experiencing an abnormal sleeping pattern. For instance, Sleeping too much, talking or walking while sleep or not sleeping at all, is the sign of having abnormal mental health.
  • Excessive aggressiveness or sadness. For example, People experience mood swings too quick and on the extreme levels.
  • Overthinking that you can’t control.
  • Moreover, Dealing with the thoughts, for instance, that someone wants to kill you.
  • Hearing of some unrealistic sound of things or voice of a person.
  • Furthermore, Having illusions, delusions and hallucinations.
