Morning routine- fantastic guide for healthy life

We all want our lives to be organized and streamlined but very few people do.  Most of the people avoid taking responsibility for the situation by blaming their fate and circumstances and do not put enough effort to achieve what they want in life.  A flow of positive energy in life is essential for the fulfillment of all your desires.  Here’s how you can keep that positive energy flowing.

 First task of the day:

Drink fresh water in the morning, first sit in a quiet place for 10 to 15 minutes and give yourself time.  Think about what to do today.  Plan to make time for yourself in all of this.

Be grateful for your life:

Life is the best gift given by God.  Lack happens in everyone’s life.  Even the richest person in the world will suffer from some lack or problem.  So don’t pay attention to them.  We have to look at what we have and thank Allah for it.  You can do all this in your allotted 15 minutes.

Light exercise:

A short morning walk or light exercise, yoga or stretching gives the body new energy.  Stomach is well cleansed and fresh throughout the day.  This allows you to do your work with full concentration and the result of the work done with focus always goes in your favor.  This result will help you achieve your life goals.

Your evening:

Just like every morning, take some time for yourself in the evening.  This time should be at least 30 minutes.  When you can think about your whole day.  Be able to think today what went right and what went wrong, what to watch and what to avoid etc.  Be able to plan together for your family.  If there is anger or irritation, write it down on paper and tear it up.  So that outside anger does not go out on the family.  It is an excellent therapy.

 Spending time with family:

Take some time for a walk with your whole family after dinner or before bed.  Call all the household members together and ask about their movements, work, needs.  It increases attachment and love for each other and you also feel emotional security.

Sleep on time:

Go to bed on time at night.  Stay away from mobiles and TV before going to bed so that the brain can signal that the night is over and the brain can release the right amount of melanin.  Because when you watch TV late at night, work on a laptop or are busy on a mobile phone, due to too much light in front of the eyes, the brain does not get the night signal and the production of melanin needed for sleep is affected.  .  So, stay away from all kinds of screens for about 30 minutes before going to bed.
