What exactly is Raynaud’s disease?

It is caused by an increase in sympathetic nervous system activity, which causes significant constriction of blood vessels, resulting in slow blood circulation and blood flow.

The quantity of blood cells in that area also drops, and when blood is not pushed into the blood vessels sufficiently, the skin changes colour and loses sensation.

Raynaud’s illness comes in several varieties.

When the body recovers normal blood flow, the skin color returns to normal, but there may be some pain and swelling, and the person may begin to feel as if there are acupuncture points in his foot as a result of the numbness associated with Raynaud’s illness.
