If someone makes their passion their business, they are sure to do well. All of this happened in 2017 with the CEO of the famous coffee shop Tooz in Saudia. The passionate CEO of Tooz decided to open a unique kind of coffee shop because more and more people were getting into the coffee business. “Tooz” comes from the Arabic language that means “root of a tree.”

In the beginning, it was a home barista business. Slowly and steadily it started to dig its paws into the bigger ground. This cafe is trying to become well-known around the world. At the moment, it only serves local customers, and its goal is to provide its clients with the pleasure of drinking coffee of the highest possible quality. However, it will soon be brought to the international level, from Saudi roasters to the world market.

As more and more people liked our coffee, we started doing business in other Saudi cities. We have 4 branches right now. Three of them are in Riyadh, and one is in Abha. The atmosphere and services are what we care most about. We can’t make any kind of deal on this matter. In this way, we’ve set up a lab in Riyadh where training and cupping sessions can take place. There, we train our staff very well. So that our customers can enjoy our special atmosphere in every branch.

Coffee is mostly made from different kinds of beans. We can get beans from anywhere, as long as their quality and consistency meet our needs. At the moment we get goods from Columbia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Panama, Costa Rica, and Salvador. The beans we get from these countries are the best. But we hope to get goods from more countries in the future.

They also took part in our training sessions and got something out of them.
