Victoria Lee, an MMA fighter who was just turning 18, passed away, her family and the combat sports organization ONE Championship announced on social media.

Lee, 18, passed away on December 26. His sister, Angela Lee, an MMA athlete, verified this in a tragic Instagram post. The cause of death wasn’t disclosing. “On December 26, 2022, our family went through something that no family should ever have to go through…,” Angela Lee wrote with a photo of her younger sister in a sunflower field. “This is quite tough to say… Our Victoria has died.”

Lee described her family as “totally saddened” by the tragedy.

“We are missing her. More than anything else in the universe. Our household will never again be the same after this. Life will not be the same again “She penned a letter.

“Victoria was probably the loveliest soul that ever lived,” she went on to say. “She was the world’s best little sister. The best daughter, grandchild, and godmother / great aunt to Ava and Alia.”

“We miss you terribly, sis,” she went on. “More than you can ever imagine. We’re all shattered. Because every one of us had a piece of you, and when you departed, those parts were pulled out of us.”

Lee also begged for solitude for her relatives as they mourned their loss, as well as urging people to check in on dear ones since “you still never know.” Promotion of combat sports in Singapore Victoria Lee’s death was also announced on social media by ONE Championship, who she has been with since 2020.

The organization said, “The ONE Great team is grieved at the untimely passing of Victoria Lee.”

Chatri Sityodtong, CEO of ONE Championship, paid respect to Lee, who having a perfect 3-0 record in professional fights since making her appearance in 2021.Moreover,  Sityodtong wrote on Facebook, “I am grief by Victoria Lee’s demise.

“Victoria and I first met at the age of 11 years old. I observed her develop as a martial arts master and person over the years, “he said “She was far from her years in her wisdom, consideration, and selflessness, and I always thought so. Even back then, she was unquestionably a remarkable martial arts prodigy, but I could tell she was so much more.”

 Sityodtong said, “Victoria had a great mind and the purest heart of gold.

“Prior to herself, she put the needs of others first. Her goal in life was to make a difference for everyone. Victoria was a lovely and priceless soul, and I shall always remember that.”
